This Full Circle head is crafted as a faithful replica of the original Boehm & Mendler wood headjoint. The embouchure shape is the classic Boehm semi-rectangular shape, internal walls are nearly vertical, giving ample resistance to the low wall embouchure. If you are looking for a true 19th-century wood flute sound, this head is for you. The tenon is approximately .013″ and should fit a handmade Haynes, or larger tenons with copper tape or traditional fitting.
