Karritium is a proprietary alloy of silver and gold (and possibly other metals). The Free-Flow embouchure is also a patented design that maximizes airflow across the embouchure wall. Combined with the Karritium tubing, the net effect is a headjoint that is lively, direct, and relatively effortless to play. It can also take a tremendous amount of air without cracking for optimum projection. The overall feel is like playing a platinum headjoint without the platinum price tag.
