Jack Moore worked at Powell and Armstrong flute factories before making his own brand of flutes. He also collaborated with Tip Lamberson to create several flutes that bore both names.
This headjoint was tested on a silver-plated Lebret. Overall, it has a similar sound quality as a Haynes headjoint of the same era, but with its own charm that comes through in the middle register.
