This flute is just the body (and foot). It complements all of the headjoints we’ve tried on it, both traditional and modern. With traditional headjoints, the sound was smooth and silky, accentuating the headjoints’ inherent sweetness. With modern headjoints, the sound was round and forthright.
The instrument has been overhauled and is in virtually new condition. If you’re looking for a complete setup, consider an original Lafin headjoint.
